My hypothesis for the fragmented plan in hotel D is based on other hypotheses and theories. It's what Dante kindly called the House of Cards, and I loved the comparison. So I defend the idea that there are two entities in question mark form, one of them being a giant and ferocious animal and the other is a submarine that looks like a question mark on a radar. I also argue that inside Esme's sugar bowl was a musical instrument (probably a whistle) capable of controlling the ferocious animal. This sugar bowl ended up at GG after being launched through the window of VFD Headquarters. This sugar bowl was caught at GG by the woman swimmer, who went to Captain W's submarine and convinced him and Phil to abandon the submarine. These three people used the whistle to summon the beast, and they used the beast's mouth as a means of underwater transport, similarly that eagles were used as a means of air transportation. Captain W made it to shore before his submarine, and Kit went to meet him. The woman on the other hand, already having the real sugar bowl in hand, went to Hotel D and asked for sugar, pretending to be JS. At the hotel she received the copy of Quigley's telegram, and sent Mr. Poe the telegram asking him to fetch the children. She also sent Charles a telegram asking him to look for the children when they arrived on the submarine. In this scenario, we see that it was important that the real sugar bowl was in the hotel. Also, in a conversation with Hal, one of the D brothers stated that JS was a woman who was there to help with the plan. The laundry door was locked, and Hal was responsible for taking this information to Olaf. But in the conversation, it is clear that JS intended to use the deadly fungus or sugar bowl to put the plan into practice. Kit had mentioned that the only thing worse than Olaf owning the sugar bowl was that he owned the MM. This means that inside the sugar bowl there is something that can be used as a weapon to kill several people at the same time. As it was a fragmented plan, we cannot say that everything was orchestrated by VFD. I believe everything was orchestrated by Lemony and his supporters, or JS and her supporters. So the plan was to attract as many villains as possible so that they could all be killed by the deadly beast at once, using the whistle inside the sugar bowl to summon the beast. So people with money were invited to attract greedy people to the hotel. So it was reported that the sugar bowl would come through the crows to attract villains seeking the sugar bowl. So it was important that the real sugar bowl was in the hotel so that it could be used to summon the beast. So the woman in the helmet was looking at the ocean to make sure the beast was nearby. So it was important that the hotel bordered the ocean, because the beast would come from the ocean when summoned. So there would be a trial in a hotel, because the main villains were supreme court judges and would have to come to the hotel to try to free Olaf and his associates. But the plan was abandoned because JS saw that the children were in the hotel. She would never do anything dangerous near those kids
