I was thinking that it might be on an automatic update system. That way they could be sure it would update on time, but if it's being done manually then we have no way of even guessing what time it will be when they finally find a chance to update the site.

As a general rule, publishers are evil, miserly, and lazy. Disappointment is only to be expected, really. I've pretty much given up hope that it will be updated within the next couple of hours.

So, how late will you stay up before you give up and go to bed?

3 hours at the most.

Is that from now?
As for myself, I'll be around for another eight hours, so if they haven't updated by ten o' clock Grenwich mean time, I'm going to feel very angry. I will join the Australians in their resentment.

Damn. It's not updated yet. The laziness of publishers is deplorable. They should use an automatic system, which is not only easy to put into effect, but much more pleasing for the fans.

How about this? According to HarperChildrens.com, the President is Susan Katz. Anyone wishing to send her e-mail asking for update, her address should be:
DELETED
(I know this from my Harper Collins insider.)

As a moderator, I must state that I cannot encourage any mass e-mail flamings against individuals, no matter how villainous they may be. I cannot stop you from sending e-mails; however, I will not allow encouragement of any hostile motions. Anyone who intends to send some sort of an angry e-mail should please keep such plans to themselves, and not post here about it.

I guess you are right. But now the address is out there and everyone should use their own conscience.
(I sent e-mail, but didn't mention 667. I'll let you know if she answers.)
EDIT: I toned down my original post encouraging flaming.

yawn* what is the time difference, because it's been the 12th for quite some time and I will be going to bed soon and hopefully waking up to the code, or the name or whatever it is that we are all purhaps foolishly, having high expectations on...

Time differences? I don't know what time it is in the various parts of Australia, but in Britain, it's now 2:32 pm, and in East Coast America, I think that it's 9:32 am, therefore. I also have reason to believe that Central time is one hour before that, making it about 8:32 am, but I'm not really sure. In West Coast America, I think it's about 6:32 am.
