That's a good point, Ron. The cover does look to be split between them (except for the guy at the bottom, but he looks like Fernald, and we can't be sure of what he thinks any more).
Today's clue, if I recall correctly, is one of only two colour pictures we've ever hard. Perhaps it implies that Olaf wanted the Baudelaires in his troupe. Perhaps just as servants, although some of his troupe members may have started off like that anyway.
Edit: The person with long white hair in the upper-right looks like a woman to me. *shrug*

Just out of interest who does everyone think...everyone is (in the pic)...As for me I reckon man with red mask in top left corner=lemony???  woman next to this man and behind klaus=...I have no idea moustache man=widdershins??? remero??? girl behind violet next to moustache man= isadora?? person whos head is chopped off in top right corner= no idea woman with glasses and chopsticks=ms bass Woman wearing blue hat=kit man/woman with long white hair= new character central man whose head is concealed= Olaf Man with bowler hat (bottom centre)= Poe??? Woman in fur coat= julienne genevive and bold man= Hugo??? |

Edit: The person with long white hair in the upper-right looks like a woman to me. *shrug* or elrond Or Maxamillian Pegasus from Yu-Gi-Oh.  I think whoever that person is, he or she's wearing a wig, possibly a judge's wig. The woman on the right, with the blue hat, looks too sinister to be Kit, and so does the red-hatted one with the eye feather. And this was a pretty interesting clue. I remember Olaf saying, or at least somehow implying, that if he married Violet the Baudelaires would serve him. |

The first thing I thought when I saw today's clue was that Olaf is recruiting us. Not sure how this would go with the picture, but if Olaf is indeed infiltrating behind the scenes these websites and promotions...

We've had evidence that Olaf is behind some parts of these promotions; he wrote part of the Egmont contest thing. It seems he has Lemony in his clutches, quite possibly.

same here...i saw that thread and heard that it contained the full cover...but i didn't hear it had the title aswell!!!! NO!!!! I must not give in to temptations
EDIT: It has been 15 minutes scince I found out about it....and I CAN"T TAKE IT NO LONGER!!!! I'm peeking...besides I'm probably going to acidently read it sooner than later

I was spoiled this morning and it's been all I could think about all day. I had many conversations with school friends about it. Most of them concluding that we didn't like the title. But oh well. That's what I get when I quickly look over 667 whie at school.I just go to random spoiler threads and get spoiled.

Hahaha - seriously, though, I don't care if you write it in black or anything, if that title is written outside the spoiler thread, then that's an immediate strike. Any other spoilers as well.
It wouldn't surprise me if Olaf wanted to recruit us. He seems quite fond of having many infant servants, and perhaps our investigations are helping him to get his hands on B12. We're investigating, but who profits?
