I think you misundertood. What I meant was that if as we suspected it was to update at midnight then it would most likely be in central timezone. But because it hasn't yet updated we have no idea as to when it will.

Well, it's not up - something which I'm slightly glad of. I didn't want you Australians and people staying up late solving it before I even got near.

Edit: It'll probably update early morning - lunchtime in Americaland Eastern or Central time.
