But they're releasing the book on October twelfth, right? That's a Wednesday! No way I'll be able to see it, I'm out the door by the time it starts! They should have released it on a Saturday if they were going to do something like this...

The Today Show starts at just the time I have to leave for school. And the title's released in Britain at that same time, 7 AM for me. My parents are going to tape the Today Show so I can watch it when I get home, but I'll probably have the book then.

I might well have to wait until the day after the release, if they stick to the 3pm time. However, if I complain a lot, I might be able to get it (Embedded Edit: As you can see, I've already started practicing)... And I just can't really see them sticking to the 3pm release. Still, it would be pretty typical of my life for me to have to wait a day after everyone else, even on a joint release date.

If you don't get it on the release day, then I'll...do something. If there's anything I can do, that is. Since I won't get it until the afternoon, you probably wouldn't see anything I typed up from it until the next day anyway.

It starts at 7:00 Central too. It's run on tape delay. So technically, the East coast will hear the title first.

I don't consider the title to be a spoiler, so I'll try and find it out as soon as I can after it's officially released. Of course, I'll be at school at the time, as I'm several hours ahead...
