Crazy Australia has WacKY times. With TGG, it came out one and a half weeks later, I think. It was all weird.

Great news! My school has a "Planning Day" (they take one day a year to talk about curriculums etc.) and it's on ....... the 18th of October!! I won't have to wait until Wednesday in that case.

My mum originally worked on October 18th, but she switched it off so I could get TNN. I'm happy about that.

Wow, she took the day off just for you and Book 12? What a wonderful mother you have!

I'm jealous. My mom isn't as enthusiastic about ASOUE as I, so she porbably wouldn't do that for me.

Wow, she took the day off just for you and Book 12? What a wonderful mother you have! ...I suppose. I think she decided that it would be better to just take the day off rather than endure me sulking for the rest of the week. She reads ASOUE too, but isn't fanatical.

Well, be sure to tell her "Thank you". Mothers like to hear that from time to time from their children.

Why would one need to take the whole day off from work in order to pick up a book?

Once you're off for part of the day, it's not worth it to go to work for the rest of the day. I would take the day off if I could and spend the day reading. But I think I'll have an enjoyable day with my students anyway.

I suppose. If my mother picks it up for me, she'll do so over her lunch break, I assume. I have yet to ask her, however, seeing as there's still almost a month until the book comes out.

It will probably be a while after it comes out before I get to read it. Oh well, I can wait a month or two.

I'm going to get it on the day it's released, most likely. Mother says she'll get it for me from Borders or B&N, or whatever store has it. She might also look at Wal-Mart on the 17th, in case someone put it out early.
As for the title, it seems we may actually get it from TNN.com, after task III is done perhaps.

But it remains to be seen when exactly task three will finish. Most probably it will only finish on the 18th...

Now I am getting more excited by the minute. I'm not sure I could send my mom to get it alone. I would have to go and see it myself. And we will have to check many bookstores on the week before, in case one of them releases it early. I am going to try as hard as I can to get it early. If I do somehow, I might post a chapter or two.
