Alrighty, by "leeching" off of other's Ideas, I guess this shall be my comeback.
Let's assume that, somehow or rather, she is a member of VFD, which she's not, but let's go with that. She's afraid of realtors because they might be members of the Schism side in disguise, which is the disguise they would wear while trying to track down the VFD HQ. They moved so much, She ended up in a rickety old shack of a house. If she saw another realtor, Disguise or otherwise, she'd most likely scream her lungs out. Wait no. She has already done that.
Alternatively, she has a fear of realtor's because of the message in the "Realtors in the Cave" may have contained tramuatizing information.
Of course, none of this REALLY applies because she's not a member of VFD.
*Vanishes in a puff of logic"

I disagree - I'm quite sure that Josephine Anwhistle was a volunteer. Her husband was a prominent volunteer. Her brother-in-law was a prominent volunteer. She knew about the Queequeg, and Widdershins and Fiona apparently thought her library worth saving. She possessed a copy of Ivan Lachrymose: Lake Explorer that she kept under her bed, which the U.A. strongly implies contains some very important documents. Even if she wasn't a volunteer, she and her husband were very close, so he'd have certainly told her everything, or at the very, very least, told her enough to keep her safe (messages in movies and such). Enough for her to fear the realtors - at least, after her husband died.

Zombies In the Snow might have been filmed near the Mortmain Mountains. I think some of those other film titles(Werewolves in the Rain, Vampires in the Retirement Community) are just funny and random, though, not really related to any setting we know. Wasn't ZITS filmed in an alpine fishing village? Am I imagining things?

Wasn't ZITS filmed in an alpine fishing village? Am I imagining things? I know it says that somewhere in the U.A., but I'm not sure where. Or maybe it was in TRR? *checks* Yes, it was. In the U.A., it's just referred to as a town, which has a fishing cannery. And has snow and such. Handler isn't the most consistent of authors, though... But I don't think ZitS has any further relevance.
