Fiona's possible, but let's not jump to conclusions because you think she's a traitor (Which she was, don't get me wrong, but i think she still has the option to change.) I think Quigley or Mr. Poe, most likely the latter of the two.

I think it is Poe....Because of all of the reasons stated in some of your theories and also because he works for the Mucturary Money Management and this word has a root of mulct which means: 1:To penalize by fining or demanding forfeiture. 2:To acquire by trickery or deception. 3:To defraud or swindle.

I don't suspect she will be, but wouldn't it be interesting if Beatrice turned out to be evil....maybe so evil that she was the arsonist who lit the Bauds mansion on fire

Whoo! I <3 this thread. I'm so paranoid/afraid/worried that one (and it had better be unexpected) person will be evil. If it was Phil I'd be upset, but I wouldn't mind Quigley. The other Quags, though, need to be good. For the sake of the Baudelaires. EDIT: On Mr. Poe...this is too debated, and has too much good evidence on both sides, for me take a side on this. ANOTHER EDIT: Kit would also break my heart, the Snicket family is falling apart as it is. Lemony a wrongly accused man on the run, Jacques dead. Kit better be a good person. THIRD EDIT: I can't quote, or rather I'm too lazy to quote, but someone said Mr. Poe told Olaf were the Baudelaires are. No.
Highlight Justice Strauss told the MWB and WWH, her other justices, where the Bauds were, unknowing they were bad.

THIRD EDIT: I can't quote, or rather I'm too lazy to quote, but someone said Mr. Poe told Olaf were the Baudelaires are. No.

And let's not forget Olivia, a.k.a. "Madame Lulu."

I said other (AKA: Mr. Poe) Mr. Poe is pretty obvious (to me at least) because everywhere Mr.Poe sends the Baudelaires, Count Olaf turns up, Mr. Poe always lets Count Olaf get away, he never admits that Count Olaf is the man or woman in disguise and in the Nameless Novel ( my gosh, I havn't heard 'bout the Nameless Novel for ages) it listed Mr. Poe as a Volunteer or Villain'(note the villain part) formaly discribed. I hate him anyway, so I may be falsely accusing, but I'm being blinded by my anger to see it.
