I had to go with Nero. He represents like half of my pet peeves - mimicking people in a high voice when you're trying to have a serious conversation, ridiculous and unfair punishments, arrogance, and otherwise throwing your weight around as an authority figure. I can't STAND people like that!

It's interesting - typically least favorite characters, especially in this series, tell a lot about a person and their annoyances.
