I did not like Fiona at all. She just really annoyed me. But I haven't read that particular book in a while, seeing as it's probably my least favorite. But besides her, I would say Earnest because he just seriously creeps me out for no reason.

Am I the only one who finds Mr. Poe/ Nero/ Ishmael too interesting (at least to read about) to hate?
Anyway, whenever Carmelita appears I want to jump into the book and wring her neck. She is such an annoying spoiled brat who thinks she's wonderful but is actually a prig. I'm also pretty sure her favorite word is a drug reference.

Cakesniffer? I can sort of see how that would work, but it strikes me as indirect enough that it'd probably be innocent.
I don't think I really hate any of the characters. They're all interesting to me, even if they are evil or obstructive.

I find Ishmael really interesting personally, because he's a pretty complex character as far as his history and what he does on the island. Mr. Poe not so much, at least I don't think he's intriguing anyway. Nero is interesting enough, maybe I have to read PP again though because I can't remember what his reappearance is all about.

Phill; his optimistic attitude is highly annoying. I like Phil! He is very kind and friendly man! I hate this rude Babs! But I voted Nero because he is the worst baudelaire's guardian and he is very unkind for other people! I don't hate Mr Poe. He is not clever but is not as rude as Nero. I don't hate Carmelite because I love her older sister! Lucinda is cool!

...There's no character called Lucinda in the series, and no reference to Carmelita having any siblings at all. Where did you get that idea from?
Edit: Is this from one of the novels you mentioned, by your friend?

Why Beatrice? You see: Fernald, Esme and Kit are my favorite characters in series, so they are out. I also always loved Sunny and I can't understand people who dislike her, so she is out, too. Kevin is definitely the most evil freak but he reminds me myself a lot. Kevin whines a lot but I whine very often, too. And how could I judge a person who does things I often myself to do? And Sunny needs love, too, but Kevin is the best partner for Sunny in ASoUE. I love Suvin a lot, so Kevin is out. Hugo's behavior in TSS made me angry but there is something interesting and intriguing in him. He is an interesting person, so he is definitely out too. Colette appears only in three books and has a wonderful name, so she is out Madame Lulu is too adorable to hate her. Dewey is out because I love the love story of Kit and him. Olaf is out for the same reason. Phil is too nice and funny to hate him. Hector is my favorite guardian, so he is out. I admire guys who read a lot of books, so Klaus is out. I am not a fan of Violet but no reasons for hatred. Isadora is a poet, I must admire her. And Duncan didn't do anything wrong. Jerome, Monty, Joe, Remora, Justice Strauss, Charles, Hal and even Mr.Poe didn't do anything bad, so they are out Ishmael, Friday and Miranda are rather interesting, so they are out. Sir, Bass, Carmelita and Nero are nasty but too interesting to hate them as well. Geraldine, Jacques, Bruce, Mr.Lesko, Mrs.Morrow, Larry, Concil of Elders, Flacutono, Flo, Tocuna, that genderless person are very minor characters, they made very few appearances in whole series, we don't know anything about their past or reasons of their behavior, so we can't judge them. They are also out. Lemony is too adorable to hate him. Who left? Fiona and Beatrice. So, my least favorite character is Beatrice and Fiona is close behind. I hate traitors.

I do not like Nero. He gives out ridiculous punishments, insists that he can play the violin when he can't(it would not be so bad if he did not force everyone to listen 6 hours straight), and the mimicking of other people in a higher pitch just makes him obnoxious and annoying. I also dislike the fact that he says he has a supercomputer to keep Olaf out but it cannot even recognise Olaf

Still, I'm a bit surprised that Nero ranks so high compared to the man who literally forced the Baudelaires to do an adult's work in a lumbermill and gave them meals of gum.
