Just over 2 and a half months until 2006, and still no calendar. Did they forget this year? Has anyone seen it out there?

The Amazon.co.uk page for it says you can order it, and it's actually got a description and stuff, so it's presumably not another of their mistake entries for things which don't exist. Then again, I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. And I haven't seen any in shops. It makes me wonder whether I should risk ordering it, just to check... But my parents probably wouldn't let me.

I've been looking at every place that sells calendars, and have been unable to find this one. Mother says that we'll probably order it from Amazon UK if it's not in the stores in a month or so.

I'm not sure. I'm going to ask for one for Christmas, because my parents usually go all out on the holidays.

Well, I got it. It's really rather disappointing--the calendar seems to consist entirely of reused pictures and quotes from past calendars. Most of the pictures are UK book covers, some of which were used in the previous calendars. There aren't any new pictures.

Would it not be worth getting then, Antenora? Because I've been previously indecisive about whether to get the LS calender, or the Lost Calander 2006.

It's worth having if you just want an ASoUE calendar, although there aren't any new pictures. And there most likely won't be a movie calendar this year, so this is the only ASoUE-themed calendar you can get.

Sounds like some cheap Egmont money-grabber, which I guess explains why it apparently doesn't exist outside of Britain. I probably won't get it. Maybe. I may change my mind.

Is the cover in the first post the actual cover?

On my calendar, the Marvelous Marriage picture looks the same, but the side pictures don't have that weird effect; they're just the normal cover pictures from those books. So I guess there was a glitch with that image, or something.

That's not very good at all, then. I won't buy it.

so all the quotes and random pieces of information in it have already been said in previous calenders?

I saw the calendar in the shop yesterday and I was surprised to see that awful cover.. A lot had sold and there was only a couple left... but for £9.99 I don't think I'll be investing.
