I remember a couple a months ago, I heard a rumor that 1 of the 3 Baudelaire children were really going to die. Do you have any guesses on who this will be?
Sadly, I think it might be my favorit, Violet

Yeah, I've heard this rumor before. I think that if one of them's gonna die, Violet will probably be the one. She'll probably die trying to save Klaus and Sunny.

Spoilers again.
Finish the book before making that kind of statement.
All three Baudelaires are alive and well by the end of the Grim Grotto. Well. As well as they can be given their tragic and wept-filled circumstances.

i belive that violet will die.
my reasoning: i have been researching anagrams in my attempt to understand more of Lemony Snicket's clues. i was very confused of the statement made by sunny
PIETRISYCAMOLLAVIADELRECHIOTEMEXITY
which was said to mean, i have not the faintest idea what is going on here. when made into anagram form it says something like VIOLET DIES, I CRY FOR HELP
oh god i forget the rest, but i will find where i wrote it down and let you know.

I hope it's Sunny, but sadly, I think it's going to be Violet.

None die. Praps a Quagmire, or Beatrice, or even Esme, but not the bauds.

I think it would make sense if it was Violet. There are a few rumors flying around and they tie in.
1. One of the Baudalaires will die
2. Violet will die because of the anagram that was metioned earlier
3. The last book may occur a few years after the twelfth book ends.
I think that these three tie in because if the one baudaire that does die is Violet, then Klaus would be the oldest. He would then inherit the fortune. He would be of age by then if it really was a few years later.
what do you think?

"PIETRISYCAMOLLAVIADELRECHIOTEMEXITY" has many possible anagrams. "VIOLET DIES, I CRY HELP ME, I MAY LIE, CAR, TOT, AX" is not necessarily correct. The bunch of small words at the end don't look very meaningful. "Pietri, sycamol, la via del rechiote, mexity" looks like foreign names strung together, with mexity as a short form of "Mexico City" to me.
It may be that the series will end without telling us the ultimate fate of the Baudelaires. In THH p. 246, L.S. says:
I do not know where the Baudelaire children are now, or if they are safe or if they are even alive.
If that is still true at the end of the series, neither will we.
