Excuse me, I didn't understand you. Could you please repeat yourself in a somewhat structured grammatical sentence. (Not to be rude or anything.)

Who is this "Sanpe" everyone is talking about? I'm kinda torn on the issue. At first, I believed that all thoughts of Snape being a vampire were just silly, but some very interesting points have been brought up. But there's one thing I totally agree with . . . the name of Alan bust ALWAYS be capitalized and NEVER taken in vain. Enough said there. Personally, I still think Snapes jsut a big greasy man, but there is compelling evidence otherwise. I hope he's not a vamp, he's just too cool to be any weirder. By the way, I've seen a good many fanfics in which Snape and Hermione end up together (romantically, if anyone missed that). Am I the only one who thinks that's just majorly creepy?

The thing is, the students were never in danger of Lupin. Snape being a vampire would put them in danger the whole time.

Wow... old thread... Anyway... maybe he is a vampire... that would rule (and you all know my strange affection for vampires ) No one really knew that Lupin was a werewolf, though... Dumbledore didn't plan to tell them. As long as the potion was still working, there would be no need for the students (or their parents) to know that they were in danger. So therefore, maybe they're concealing that certain something about Snape too... Nah, I kinda doubt that he's a vampire. But one can always hope ;D

sure it is, theres tons of evidence. Actually, I dont think hes a Vampire. I think hes a half vampire. JKR may kind of tie Darran Shans vampire theory into her books since she liked his. But it may not be true. Im just hopeful.

It's based on weak evidence. Besides, in Book 1, he referees the Quidditch Match in total sunlight. That would be more than 'a while'.
Dumbledore and Voldemort are not idiots --- they wouldn't go anywhere near a vampire.

Who says hes a bad vampire? Dumblefore trusts him even after he was a death eater. obviously if he can be a good death eater he can be a good vampire. And a half vampire could last in the sun for a few hours, or alteast thats Darren Shans way of telling it.

Well, Snape makes the Wolfsbane potion, right? Why not a potion to help with the sunlight and to calm the bloodlust a bit? And Voldemort wants to employ dark creatures, remember?
The Snape Vampire theory is a good one, but I don't think it'll happen.

Snape even looks like a vampire. And there's just one more person that I saw that looks like a vampire, and that's you, Adam. Adam's probably banned by now. Hmm...

It's actually very likely that Snape is a vampire...what do you bet we'll find out in a future book that he is, and JK Rowling was just giving us clues? Or maybe it's just because I'm a die-hard Daniel Handler fan, and that's just the sort of thing he would do. I wonder...

Besides, it fits. Hagrid is a giant, Lupin was a werewolf...why not Snape the vampire? Maybe it's Dumbledore's way of protesting prejudice. Remember what he said in book four about everyone being united, despite differences?
