I would like to tell my story with the sugar bowl. It was one of the first things that fascinated me in ASOUE. When I was a child, I wanted to find the answer that suited me anyway. But as much as I spent hours reading and thinking, I could not find satisfactory answers.
I could only stop thinking about the sugar bowl when I read Beatrice Letters. That's when I began to think about What Happened to Beatrice. And it was on this subject that my mind kept working for a long time. But then, during a certain rainy afternoon, I was rereading ATWQ. I began to think about The Great Unknown. And so, I decided to publish last year my conclusions about Beatrice on a Portuguese wordpress blog called www.beatriceestaviva.wordpress.com and soon after on a YouTube channel called "Beatrice está viva" in Portuguese. I did not spend much time trying to figure out what the Great Unknown really was. My focus was on Beatrice. But suddenly, I watched a video of a Brazilian youtuber called Nifrido. He has also loved ASOUE since childhood. He has a twin brother named Evezel, and when they were younger, they made videos about ASOUE, and I watched them with a lot of interest. Well, last year, Nifrido posted a video proving with all possible evidence, including material evidence, that the Great Unknown is Bombinating Beast.

I already thought that, but his video was so enlightening, that suddenly a flash came in my mind. The real reason for the mystery behind the sugar bowl is that to solve this mystery you first need to solve several others. But when you come across the answer, you say to yourself, "That's certainly it," because that answers everything. You say to yourself, "I finally untied the Gordian knot."
Perhaps it would have been better to have explained my interpretation of TBL before explaining this theory of the sugar bowl. But maybe not. The sugar bowl theory is supported by answering the following wrong questions: (I'll give the short answer, and then I'll have to explain each of the answers in a future text).
1 - Who really is JS? - The JS who was the recipient of the secret code found in the refrigerator is Beatrice. At the time she was pretending to be Jacques Snicket after the death of Jacques Snicket.
2 - Is Beatrice a short woman? "Yes. She even gets to be a 10-year-old with ease. Maybe she can get through a mailbox or a dog. And that's why she can walk in GG.
3 - What is the Great Unknown - It is Bombinating Beast that has grown.
4 - Is the Great Unknown capable of being controlled? - Yes, by means of sounds.
5 - Is the Great Unknown able to carry people in his mouth? "Yes, because he was trained for it."
6 - What was in the sugar bowl hat belonged to Esmé? "There was a musical instrument capable of controlling the Great Unknown." Probably a kind of whistle.
7 - Why did one of the Quaquimires shout the name Violet when he was about to be swallowed by the Great Unknown? "Because he saw a woman in the Beast's mouth." The woman was similar to Violet and had a short stature. He said "Violet ?!"
8 - Why did Windershins choose to go to the Great Unknown if he knew that the Great Unknown was a dangerous animal? And why did he show fear of the Great Unknown while he was in the Queequeg with the Baudelaires, but showed no fear when the Queequeg was hit by Hector's house? "Because he knew Beatrice had taken the sugar bowl into the Gorgonian Grotto, and so Windershins knew Beatrice was controlling the Beast. He knew that the Beast came here to rescue them, not to kill them.
9 - Why did Kit, who knew what it was and even saw the Great Unknown, wondered if the Beast killed Windershins and the others, or if he rescued them? "Because Kit did not know if the sugar bowl had fallen into the hands of noble people or cruel people. Besides, the beast could be acting on its own, not through control of the whistle.
10 - When did Beatrice get the sugar bowl? "Beatrice first came to the Gorgonian Grotto. She must have been informed by Windershins with the help of a telegram on where the sugar bowl was, after Klaus calculated where he was. Similarly, Windershins must have been warned by Beatrice that the sugar bowl had been thrown out the window of the secret base, and that it would land in the ocean. She managed to do this, because she managed to reach the secret base of VFD and received the message hidden in the refrigerator. As Madame Lulu said, if one of the Baudelaire's parents were alive, he or she would be at the base of VFD. The problem is that Beatrice arrived after her children in the base of operations.
11 - "Who was the woman who persuaded Windershins to abandon the Queequeg?" "It was Beatrice, already in possession of the sugar bowl. She came down from AA through a secret tunnel.
12. Where did Windershins and Bill go when Beatrice arrived with the sugar bowl? "Windershins, Bill and Beatrice left Queequeg in their wetsuits and went to the Beast's mouth. Using the Great Unknown with fast transport, Windershins, Beatrice and Bill reached the shore faster than the Queequeg and the Carmelite.
13 - Why did JS send a telegram to Mr. Poe asking Mr. Poe to meet Klaus, Sunny and Violet at Briny Beach? "Because this JS was Beatrice pretending to be Jacques Snicket. Beatrice does not want her children to get even more involved with VFD.
Each of these answers needs to be detailed so that the theory becomes believable. I should do this in a future text.
