I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but here goes! In TBB Justice Strauss (sorry if I spell things wrong!) says she will adopt the Baudelaires, but Mr. Poe says she can't because they can't be adopted (according to their parents will or something) But then in TEE Esmé & (now I'm really embarassed...I can't think of his name!) adopted them?? I haven't read them in a while, but that seems like a mistake to me, maybe they says something about it in the books, I can't remember, I'm in the process of reading them again.

This is not what I'd consider a misprint or a mistake, but I'll listen to you.
So you're saying that they shouldn't be able to be adopted by Jerome and Esme because they are not relatives. Well, let me tell you what I think as best I can:
I've come to the conclusion that either everyone in V.F.D. was related to each other, or that the Baudelaire parents considered members of V.F.D. as relatives, even though they might not have been related to the Baudelaires.

Mr. Poe later ran out of relatives to send the Baudelaires to. Possibly Justice Strauss had moved on by this time, or both Poe and the Baudelaires forgot about her. Whatever the truth is, it's more of a plot mistake than a printing or grammatical error.

The word "eyebrow" was spelt wrong in TGG, and there was the mistake "[Olaf's line]," Count Olaf [NO 'SAID'], "[Olaf's line]" (I forgot the actual dialouge.)

On page 229 of TPP, there is a line that says Sunny joined her sisters. Since Sunny only has one sister, this is either a misuse in place of "siblings", or I've missed a tip that this is a code.

I had noticed this, and would have posted earlier, but I've been grounded. Anyways, the exact quote is on p229 when the Baudelaires are trying to persuade Olaf to put down the harpoon gun in Hotel D. It says "Klaus took a step forward, joining his sister. 'You have a choice,' he said. 'You can choose not to pull that trigger!' 'And you can choose death by harpoon!' Count Olaf cried. 'Six!' 'Please,' Sunny said, joining her sisters."

Here are some mistakes I found while reading TCC:
In the beginning of the book, in chapter 1 when the three Baudelaire are in the trunk of the car, it says "The car lurched left, and the Baudelaires lurched with it, rolling to the left-hand side of the trunk, along with many items Olaf kept in his car to help with his dastardly deeds." If the car made a sharp sudden turn left, the Baudelaires would have slid to the RIGHT side of the trunk.
And in pg 37 it say's "They found the expensive running shoe he had worn to disguise himself as a gym teacher." But didn't Sunny untie them and they fell out of Olafs feet?

My TCC has the Baudelaires disguised as freaks at the bottom and them un-disguised at the top; apparently there was a difference between different printings or something.
And I've noticed that the word/name Denouement is misspelled a couple of times in TPP, which I guess is an understandable error.
