Victory Forever Dead wouldn't be a name for the organization but they could use it to describe their situation, though with the sugarbowl victory isn't FOREVER dead...

Victory Frequently Dead? Although that sounds like a bit of an oxymoron, as you can't be dead sometimes and not other times. How about "Victory Frequently Denied"? That could be one of their initial-code things.
