I agree with Sherry Ann: Having our contributions in no particular order will make it more s c r a pbook-ish - as mykindeditor pointed out a few pages back - as well as all the more enjoyable for Mr. Handler to read, since each page will be a surprise.
My fanfic is about halfway done, and I've PM'd thedoctororwell asking if she'd be interested in doing an illustration for it.

Edit: I'm trying and failing to come up with something more ASOUE-centric than A Series of Dedicated Fans. I settled on A Series of Un_____ Fans. Now I'm trying to fill in the blank. Ideas?

Sherry Ann: If I'm able to come up with anything to fill in those blanks, then I'll certainly let you know. We have plenty of time, though, and so - to quote Jerome from TEE - if we all put our heads together, then I'm sure we'll come up with something.  lswannabe: I remember DDD was filled with a variety of different scenes, and so any one of them would serve as a wonderful short story.

Excuse me, Emmz; I would be interested in contributing something. I just love the idea. I'm working on a fan fic that I hope very much will be Handler-worthy. I'm not really sure how long it will be, but I'm sure it won't be massive. I'm afraid I'm quite artistically challenged. Sorry, Sherry Anne, I can't yet think of anything to fill in your blank.
Where are we supposed to post our final contributions? In this thread, or somewhere else? I'm all for Dante's idea of sending a link.

Right now we're just waiting to get everything sorted out, to make sure everyone's contributed ideas they want to contribute, and work on some minor details, then I'm going to create another thread, as Emma said, and you can post your final draft there.
The blank I'm thinking about... basically something that'll cover the type of fans we are; "dedicated" just sounds kind of cliché. Edit: Actually, it doesn't necessarily have to start with "un", it just has to flow better than "dedicated." Faithful? Commited? Devoted? Devoted could work, as an allusion to TVV, but it's up to you.
hladzo, if you plan on doing fanfiction, go for it. I'm sure Mr. Handler will appreciate any style of work.

We'll accept any style of work, so I shouldn't worry about it, hladzo. I hope you can contribute.
Sherry Ann, are you sure that "dedicated" won't do? It may sound cliché, but it has the right number of syllables.
As regards layout quibbling, that's that really an obstacle to contribution. Peope can get writing and drawing now, because however we package the final product, that won't have any effect on any of the fanwork sent in.

hladzo: Your artwork is both beautiful and amazing, and so there's not a doubt in my mind that Mr. Handler will love it. Don't worry.
Sherry Ann: I really like the sound of devoted, seeing as it fits in with TVV as you've pointed out, though Dante makes a valid point as well about the correct number syllables in "dedicated". How long did we say we wanted to take to come up with a title? Another day, right?
P.S: There's a chance I may not be on again today until late afternoon/evening, since I'll be moving to another apartment in two weeks and the family and I have a lot of preparations to do before then. But I'll be back when I can, to hear what you guys have to say and add my own input.

It doesn't make much difference to me whether we end up using "dedicated" or something else; I was just offering some alternative options. Regarding the time to come up with a title, let's give just a little more time for input in general before starting; we have plenty of time.

So what's your take on the sequence I suggested? - Fanart front cover (if we get a suitable candidate!);
- Framing letter in Snicket-ish style introducing the package, signed "667" probably;
- The "why we like aSoUE" tribute section;
- The various fanfics and pieces of art in some to-be-decided-upon sequence.
