yes thats quite an idea and the smoke would go go along mith his face not being shown but personally i doubt it Well I'm one of those silly persons who believe that thing to be a quill, not smoke Although I'm at a loss when it comes to explain how a quill could have ended up there (we can't see his hand holding it). Again, this would be a delightful thing for namelessnovel.com to show off on release day. After all this time, they really should end the investigation with a bang. We're getting the most interesting pieces at the end. I didn't think the Sunny picture would be important, but the VFD eye on the feather definitely is something interesting to talk about.

It'll be hard to make Book 13 more mystery-shrouded than Book 12, yes.
I like this piece. Sunny looks strange, but cute, and they all have interestingly uneasy expressions. Those uniforms are really cool, too. And the woman could be the Duchess; we don't know what she looks like so we can't rule her out.

Yeah I think its definatly the duchess or Gelidene or Kit. It could even be Beatrice for that matter. We can't rule any one out for it. I still think its not Esme. She dosn't look glamourly evil enough to be Esme.

It'll be hard to make Book 13 more mystery-shrouded than Book 12, yes. The obvious solution is that they'll release no information at all. Simple, direct and cheap. But I fear it's too radical for capitalism, and they'll have more TNN gimmicks, I suppose.

At ls.com the title seems to be 9 letter word (?) and Hotel because Lobby is a bit to specific.
Its not Horid or Horrible we now know that at least.

Wow. I like the idea of it being TLL, and I think it could possibly be that. Kudos to you if it is! One thing to say is *SQUEALS*.. do people realise, we're getting the book in less than a week! We're all too hung up on these mysteries to remember how exciting the coming of the book actually is! And, what is up with Sunny.. she doesn't look like Sunny.. and she has no hair! And she looks older. She looks...strange.

Sunny looks bald because we're used to seeing a ribbon in her hair. She only ever has that one black hair.

Looking at it again, it strikes me once more that this lobby (or foyer, whatever) really is very crowded. There are at least 11 people on it aside from the Baudelaires themselves. Klaus looks overworked.

Violet looks like she's sucking a peppermint drop (although obviously not, cause she's allergic).. but at least a sherbert lemon.

Sunny probably has her hair concealed under her cap, except perhaps for that little lock at the front. I expected Violet's hair to be concealed by her cap as well, for some reason. And they all look quite overworked.
