I just noticed that in TBB:RE, Snicket says that Violet meeting the FFP is a rumor.
Have we been assuming too much?

I hope not. We've been assuming that for years now, and it's one of our favourite assumptions. Besides, it's so cool. Pirates! Yarr! Shiver me timbers!
...Er, so basically, I hope the F.F.P. do put in an appearance, since that was one of the coolest (and the earliest direct) Book Thirteen references.

I highly doubt that they will use the Vicious Victory like somebody predicted. A V title has already been used.

While we're on the matter of fruit, how about The Odious Orchard? Or the Odorous Orchard, which either smells of rotting fruit or has a pleasant smell that tempts people, although of course you can't take any of the fruit? And I really hope we'll see the FFP. |

The Final Failure? The Definitive Distress? Nothing we suggest is really likely to be write, as we know so little - and yet so much. We don't really know what to aim for. I'm sure if we keep on producing random guesses one of us might stumble upon the correct one... Speaking of which, how about something to do with fire like The Final Fire or The Fatal Fire or possibly even The Fiery Finish |

I personally wouldn't use Terminal if I was Handler; I can't help but associate it with airport terminals (and Terminus with a bus terminus). Great idea! How about "The Terminal Terminal," making use of both definitions of terminal? This gives us a pun, an adjective, and a place name. |
