I just want a color that is not too ugly. I mixture of different binding colors and thorn colors (American Editions) would be nice, as we have had only one main color for TSS, TGG, and Book Twelve.

Being rumor spreaders? Trying to take credit for figuring out the title? Any number of odd reasons I'm sure. No I really don't think it makes sense at all as a title... Talk about cheating, 'cause that's certainly what they're doing.

Like many others have said, I doubt they would change the (most likely already chosen) title just because it was mentioned on this forum.
Not unless they were desperate and still didn't have a title. But of course they are better than that. Or are they?

Now I am getting more excited by the minute. I'm not sure I could send my mom to get it alone. I would have to go and see it myself. And we will have to check many bookstores on the week before, in case one of them releases it early. I am going to try as hard as I can to get it early. If I do somehow, I might post a chapter or two.

If O, how about The Ominous Organization? I doubt that, seeing as he's already used the word "ominous" (The Ominous Omnibus). Actually, Handler may not have been involved in the making or naming of The Ominous Omnibus. In fact, I don't think he had anything to do with the naming of any movie-oriented merchandise. Still, it's not likely that he would use it anyway.

It would be really cool if he used a TQQ title. That would be the perfect way to confuse us. Hm....The Quick Queen....? Just kidding! ;D

this might of already been talked about, but amazon.com/uk version says book the twelth will be the the Omnious Omnibus, will be 624 pages, and realesed on March 1, 2005. Do you think this is true? The Ominous Omnibus is going to be TBB, TRR, and TWW in set. I was robbed of my explanation.

Well, on the last illustration, all I saw was a hat that said 'HOTEL D', a starfish, a beach ball, and a very small blimp over the far away city. I think the biggest clue is the hat. The other things are probably nothing. Maybe the blimp is a clue: The Grim Grotto pg. 120: "A citation for bravery is nothing more than a piece of paper stating that you have been courageous at some time, and such citations have not been said to be very useful when confronted by danger, whether deep underwater, or, as the Bauldelaires would eventually learn, high up in the air."

Go away, pathetic Olaf laugh. I didn't like how Widdershins wouldn't tell them about the question mark. Olaf and Esme haven't been as evil as I wanted in TSS and TGG.....other than that, it was excellent! ;D

I like your theory, but it doesn't seem to fit.
I think Lemony stole the Sugar Bowl from Esme and for an unknown reason Esme thought that Beatrice stole it. So Esme killed Beatrice only to find out that Lemony stole it, so Lemony went into hiding.
THH, Page 91: "...I will suddenly remember this thing I did, and think to myself, Was it really necessary? Was it absolutely necessary to steal that sugar bowl from Esme Squalor?"
