....for what? Hopefully, that will be revealed in Book the Twelfth. It would be really funny if that happened, Antenora. Of course, it would be even funnier if they got to read the books.

Thanks for answering...The reason why is because my cousin thinks she she knows what VFD stands for. She has read to the middle of book 7 only. She thinks that Violet is really Olaf's daughter, and that VFD stands for Violet (a middle name that starts with a F) and Olaf's last name(starts with a D). I am only on book 6 so I have no idea if she is right or wrong. Have your cousin read more!!!

I voted for TCC, because I think that even though it doesn't capture the spirit of the whole book, it captures the spirit of the moment the picture is showing. It emphasizes that the Baudelaires are in danger, with an almost savage crowd wanting them thrown into the pit.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Poe was so dim that he didn't notice if the Sugar Bowl was in his hat.

Hey, Mike T, do you have scans (or can get scans), of the circular images of Olaf's disguises and the Baudelaires disguises on the ex libris page too? If you do, can you post them or post a link please? It would be really helpful. I once found some on the internet, but that was before I needed them, and the site they were on before has dissapeared. P.S. I don't need or want a picture of the whole page, but just the circles. Thanks! EDIT: I also used one of your scans in my signature.
